Please be advised that all guests including children staying at Palau Amazonas Hotel are required to present valid identification upon check-in which may be either a passport or ID card identification.
As a guest at Palau Amazonas Hotel, our policies are designed to enhance your stay and ensure maximum comfort and convenience throughout. Please be aware of the following policies:

The names to which the reservation is made will be exactly the same of the people staying at the hotel; otherwise we reserve the right to cancel. If any changes are made in the name, proceed to contact the hotel in advance to avoid disappointment.
It is your responsibility to verify the booking (travel dates, room type, room price, name and number of clients etc.), you can contact us by email or telephone to be sure about the information.PALAU AMAZONAS HOTEL not responsible for failures at the moment of the reservation
Bookings are accepted subject to room availability.
HOTEL DESK-Check in: 2 am
Booked and paid rooms will be held for check-in until 2.00 am the following day of the reservation date, after which the booking will be deemed cancelled upon no-show and PALAU AMAZONAS HOTEL shall be entitled to release the booked room(s) for the remaining stay dates to other guests. No refunds will be provided for the cancelled booking. All payments will be in advance at check-in-Check Out: 12 pm
If you check-out beyond the stipulated time, PALAU AMAZONAS HOTEL reserves the right, without further notice to you, to charge you an additional one (1) night's stay at the then prevailing room rate or remove your belongings into the luggage storage facility (luggage storage charges may apply) and deny you further access into the room. PALAU AMAZONAS HOTEL shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings as a result of the action(s) taken.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
Children 6 and under are free when sharing bed with an adult, and are not entitledto free breakfast.Only 2 children under 6 years are admitted per room.
From 6 years they pay as adults and are entitled to free breakfast.
Extra person (adult) sharing bed and room will pay additional 25 soles without entitled to free breakfast.
Extra bed in room (individual bed) will cost 45 soles entitled to free breakfast.
Visits (adults and minors) must necessarily deliver the identity card or passport, without exception. We only admit visit guest until 1.am. After this time we will charged to the guest a fee of 25 soles per extra person in room, without entitled to free breakfast.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted.
For the comfort and safe of our guest we have in all rooms safety boxes, however we recommend always take care and keep your valuables or money.The hotel is not responsible for any loss that occurs during stay. We have security cameras in all public areas of the hotel.
In case of trips outside the city or stay in lodges in the jungle we ask ourcustomers who plan or already have paid back the hotel stay, provide us the name of the lodge or the company that will make the service and we must be aware of the day of return. We do this to ensure that it is a lodge or company duly registered and prevent fraud and theft.

Reservations can be paid through a bank deposit to our account or through a transfer from another bank. We also accept payment via Western Union.
In some cases, payment will be accepted upon arrival by VISA and Mastercard.
In case of payments in foreign currency we will change to Soles, using as the "exchange rate" the amount that we applies in the hotel. The customer can also pay in US dollars in cash if they desire.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
Cancellations for a guest room reservation must be received at least 48 hours prior to the expected day of arrival. Policies may differ by arrival date and room type. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Hotel will charge by penalty the cost of at least one night of the reservation.
If you want to change dates, room category or name on the reservation; the original reservation must be canceled to make a new booking with the hotelsubject to availability. Any change must notify to the hotel at least 3 days in advance.
EARLY ARRIVALS AND LATE DEPARTURES
If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediately access to your room, we recommend booking and pay the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving and pay an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. However we give the option of paying ½ of the price of the room rate booked until 8 pm provided there is room availability. Also for arrivals early in the morning can pay ½ of the price to have immediate access
GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
At PALAU AMAZONAS HOTEL, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 2:00 pm). All reservations made through the web site, email or phone must be prepaid in our bank account in order to guarantee it.
Otherwise we cannot guarantee a reservation if it is not previously paid.
SHUTTLE TO THE HOTEL / AIRPORT
The hotel makes free shuttle service from the airport (a stretch) as long as the reservation is at least 2 days and the regular price. In these cases, the reservation must be paid in full at least 48 hours before arrival of the client.
For purposes of airport pick up the client must send the data of airline, flight number and arrival time by email or via telephone with an advance of at least one day to make arrangements.
In case of no show (previously paid reservation) the full cost of the transport will be deducted to the customer if they have been applied.
The room rates are calculated per room and per night. Breakfasts is served according to the rate and in some cases are not included.
Prices are in Soles (S/.)and US dollars ($).
In case of payments in foreign currency will change to soles exchange taking as the amount that applies the hotel. The customer can also pay in US dollars in cash if they desire.
The room rates and information is correct at the time of publication and information via email or phone and are subject to change without notice.
NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN A ROOM
The hotel rooms are designed to accommodate the correct number of people according to each room description. In some cases it can add an extra bed (with cost), for which they must be informed in advance to the hotel.
In non-case can hold one or more other persons in a room that is not authorized for this purpose.
Double Room :1 Queen-size bed (2 persons). Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 1 child (below 5 years old at the date of check-in)
Twin Room : 2 Single beds (2 persons). Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 2children (below 6 years old at the date of check-in)
Single Room :1 Single bed (1 person). Maximum occupancy is 1 adult
Triple Room : 2Single beds + 1 extra bed (3 persons). Maximum occupancy is 3 adults + 1 child (below 5 years old at the date of check-in) Family Room
Economy Quadruple: 2 Single beds (4 persons) Maximum occupancy is 4 adults Family Room
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Will be given a warning to the guest and in case of failure to comply with this policy entitles us to terminate your booking and in extreme cases must leave the hotel immediately without refund payment option for this.
Prohibitions It is not allowed to bring the hotel:
- -Electrical apparatus that produce heat (eg plates) or noise
- -Apparatus for cooking
- -Meals Prepared rooms
- -Any kind of drugs
PALAU AMAZONAS HOTEL reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any of the above items found in any Hotel room immediately without notice to you and to charge you for any costs incurred for taking such action or for any loss or damage caused to the Hotel room, premises or property or to any Hotel guests, our staff or any other persons or the reputation of or third party as a result of your failure to comply with this policy.
Anyone, hosted or on site, in groups or individually who is responsible for property damage in rooms, common areas and other areas during your stay will be charged a fee according to damage, which should be paid before departure.
The hotel can take legal action against those responsible for the damage without notice PALAU AMAZON HOTEL reserves the right to ask you to leave the hotel and take their belongings from the room immediately if we consider that in our opinion, has used the room irresponsibly or has caused damages to the room so that compromises security, the other customers, employees or any person or the reputation of PALAU AMAZONAS HOTEL without compensation and / or any refund. We reserve the right to charge any property damage generated during the hotel stay.
In case of no show a reserve of several days and that has not been notified with anticipation to the hotel this will remain valid until the check out the first day booked, then the reservation is considered canceled and the hotel reserves the right to release the rooms to be sold to other customers. There will be no refund for the canceled reservation.
The luggage storage is only available to guests staying at the hotel and is a free service. You can use this service before check-in or after check-out.
In case of trips or tours to the jungle, passengers who pay at least one night back to the hotel are entitled to this service otherwise must be removed at check out with all their belongings.
You can pay for this service in reception with a minimum charge. Each luggage that is left in the hotel must be properly identified by a label with the passenger's name and also must be fully locked. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss that occurs in the event of noncompliance with these requirements. Also the use of this service is at your own risk passenger so the hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage or the contents baggage or any other event that occurred during the course of using this service.
We will allow give the baggage only to the holders thereof and in no way to people who do not demonstrate or dont have a link to the owner.
The maximum time for this service will be 1 week, after this time the hotel reserves the right to dispose of any baggage that has not been collected past the time limit (1 week) .The hotel also reserves the right to give or not this service either for reasons of availability or other internal reasons
RIGHT OF ADMISSION OR TO REFUSE ACCOMMODATION
PALAU AMAZONAS HOTEL reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any person(s) without any notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation for the following reasons:
- -Lack of documents such as passport or ID card
- -Children without documents (passport or identity card), or that we suspected or verify that the kid is not a son/daughter of the adult or adult who like to stay.
- -The booking has been paid through fraudulent means or was not correctly paid in part or in its entirety.
- -The person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the Booking Confirmation
- -The Person who pretends check in shown suspiciously or shown an altered behavior.
- -We have a negative information of the people who made the check in and of the behavior in other hotels.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PALAU AMAZONAS HOTEL is not responsible for providing information of the rooms that are reference, also of the content.
The layout and content of the rooms may vary according to season and availability of the same. PALAU AMAZONAS HOTEL will not be responsible for any loss or damage of property left in Guest's room and/or the Hotel property at all times. Guests are advised save their personal stuff correctly. We also advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injury and money/valuable belongings during the trip.
The hotel will not be responsible for accidental situations and events that are beyond our responsibility as are sudden illness, electrocuted, drowning, heart disease, pain, deaths, and accidents inside and / or outside the hotel premises, assault and / or vandalism inside or outside the hotel. We advise our customers to purchase health insurance for the trip.
PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
PALAU AMAZONAS HOTEL will retain all personal information you provide during booking. By making a booking with us or using the PALAU AMAZONAS HOTEL Website, you consent to our use and/or disclosure of your personal details to our franchisees, branches, related corporations, associates, subsidiaries, affiliates, assignees, proposed assignees, agents, commercial partners, service providers and/or any other parties engaged by us to enable or assist us in the provision of services or to exercise or enforce our rights hereunder and/or any other party as PALAU AMAZONAS HOTEL may, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem necessary for the following purposes:
- -To process your booking and for other administrative purposes
- -To provide you customer support and services
- -To send you information on products and services, and special or promotional offers, newsletters or customer survey forms and questionnaires.
